Agent Provisioning to an office thats not directly connected.
I can deploy our agent to any directly connected computer. We have some new Dr. Offices opening up soon and i would like to just type in the static ip address of the office and have it provision the entire office. Is this a possibility and if so can someone point me in the direction of the document or information to set this up.

do you have dedicated links to each office, or are you going thru the internet?

You would have to open ports in your firewall for them to communicate. I would not not advise that for security reasons. You could establish a tunnel between sites, but that would require bandwidth. If your offices are large enough I would recommend a RSA at each site. - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago

In order to provision, the K1000 would have to be able to resolve the machine to be provisioned IP address and hostname.
As SMal.tmcc suggested, you will want to use replication shares for the K1000 and RSAs for the K2000.
You will need to either use a dedicated link (like a T1) or make your K1000 accessible from the internet.
