Agent Relay Tunnel

Hi Guys ,

     Can anyone explain me what is the use of agent relay tunnel function in K1000 version 9 , I Saw this will be perform agent less discovery . 
So please explain me how to implement this.

Agent relay tunnel is a functionality of SMA where you can designate any agent managed device checking in to SMA as a relay device which will then act as a tunnel between SMA and the target devices which may be on a different subnet not directly discoverable by SMA or can be used in WakeOnLAN operations for another subnet
