APP_v Error

I'm virtualizing an application and converted to app-v using app-v in admin studio 11.5. At the time of installation of the app-v msi I GOT AN ERROR MENTIONED BELOW

The application virtualization client is operating in offline mode and cannot perform operation requestsed. Disable offline mode, ensure that you can connect to app-v server and then retry. Error Code : 0A-0000000B

 

Please help me
