Automatically change the Priority

Hello guys,
Currently, I have hidden the Priority field from the regular users and have only made the Impact field visible.
Is there a way to make it so that if the user selects the "Many people can't work" in the Impact field, the Category is immediately change to "Critical" or "High" etc. before the user saves the ticket?

I appreciate all the help.
