Best way to sliently uninstall Office 2016 and install Office 2013 on users PC?
I have a request from a user that is not wanting Office 2016 and would like to go back to 2013. Im wondering if Smart Labels would work but not sure. Is there a section or youtube video that would explain the use of Smart Labels at a beginner level?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tell the user Tough Sh$# Office 2013 is no longer supported so live with 2016. You do not install unsupported products for security reasons. Unless they want to pay for extended support thru payroll deduction.
How long will Office 2016 be supported?
This is the current release of Office, with a support schedule that matches up perfectly with Windows 10.
Mainstream support ends: Oct. 13, 2020
Extended support ends: Oct. 14, 2025
How long will Office 2013 be supported?
The Office 2013 support schedule goes roughly three months past that of Windows 8.1. Note that support for the subscription version of Office 2013, which is part of Office 365 ProPlus, ends on Feb. 28, 2017.
Mainstream support ends: April 10, 2018
Extended support ends: April 11, 2023
While you can perform an install & uninstall silently, I'm pretty sure the system will need to be rebooted so if your ultimate goal was to change the version of Office on a PC without the user knowing, it's not possible.
I also support the suggestion that 2013 should not be installed, unless there's a specific technical reason that 2016 won't work - say some custom OCX file or the like. Just because a user wants something, doesn't mean they should get it. It only complicates our ability to support the environment. Establish a standard, such as "we only install apps that are supported by the vendor" and stick with it unless there's a business need to run something else.
