BIOS updates are sometimes prompting bitlocker recovery even after suspending (Dell Latitudes).

Pushing Dell BIOS updates through the built in security updates in Kace.  Before pushing the deploy, I run a simple script:  "manage-bde.exe -protectors -disable c:" , I am able to verify in -status that Protection Status: Protection Off (1 reboots left).  I get between 5-10% people being prompted for recovery key after applying the BIOS update.  What could be the problem?
