If you have setup capture tool and it's an option in the GUI just hunt for the setting you need to tweak.
Start your application,
run first snapshot,
configure your settings,
close application
open application to check settings still ok.
close app,
second snapshot
Run compare. See what ini, xml, reg or other changes have been applied and test which of these changes, mostly the one called "Update" is responsible for the setting.
Add that to your current package and ready.
