Can we sequence an application which showed error during initial installation?
When I check whether the given application is good or not before sequencing. I got some error like error 1904-module C:\program files\.ocx failed to registor but shorcut of the application working good and some more errors for different applications also...

Is installable one msi or exe?
If it is msi, It may contain SelfReg, ISSelfReg, SelfRegEx table entries.. or some custom action may trigger self-registration..

If you have sequenced the application, then open the application for upgrade, do the changes and save the package.
