On the Service Desk Function of our KACE SMA 10.0.290, when we try to input a local file hyperlink using the syntax (file://*machinename/folderlocation/filename) in the Links field of Service Desk, nothing happens if we click the said link.

But on our old KACE SMA 7.1.149, the same procedure works, and we can use the hyperlink.

Is there a setting that we need to change for us to use this function on the 10.0.290?

Our KACE SMA is installed on a Physical Server, while our SMA 7.1.149 is installed in VM.
