Code snippet in Service Desk Knowledge Base
I was working on a KB article in our service desk and need to show some code from an XML document but I would paste the line from the XML and click the Apply Changes and the code would disappear. Is there a method for doing Code Snippets in the SMA Service Desk Knowledge Base.
I mean I could include an image like this 
but I would really like it to be able to be copied and pasted into a search in something like Notepad++ so that they can search their own document with out having to re-type the whole thing. If I were to paste that text into the KB and save it all that is left is the xxxxx.

Worst case scenario, put it in a document and attach it to the KB article.
