Command line switch to enable desktop shortcut for WinRAR silent install
Hi,
- Is there any command line switch to create desktop shortcut for WinRAR silent install.
- Also is there any command line switch to enable the "Add WinRAR to start menu" option during silent install

There doesn't appear to be any switches for installing WinRAR, other than '/S' - for a silent installation.
You could repackage it into an MSI, so you can control the shortcuts as you wish.
Another option would be to use a wrapper script in VB that calls the installation and creates the shortcuts.
There are plenty of sites on the Internet with VB Script examples as a starting point.
