Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered n unexpected error

I am using Kace to image my Dell Latitude 7370 but I am getting an error message the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered a problem. This only happens to this model specifically. I imaged XPS and other HP laptops and they work fine. I updated the driver feed and also rebooted the kace server. Any ideas or suggestions?
