Configuring Flash 10

I am installing Flash Player using : install_flash_player_10_active_x.msi
Can anyone tell me if are any configuration settings.... Like do not check for updates?

Use the 'Package KB' link at the top of the page. The information therein, along with the quadzillion other posts concerning Flash which you'll find using the 'Search' facility, is all you need.

What's the simplest way to get the .msi files for an Adobe Flash Player install? Do you really have to sign up for that Licence Agreement?

I'm looking to push out the 10.0.42.34 update to a few Vista machines due to a recent vulnerability.

Yes I believe you do - tends to take a few days too which is a pain, especially if you are under pressure.

Really? It took me less than 5 minutes to sign up and download the latest version... I guess it depends.

It was a while ago now but yeah I'm sure it took a few days... maybe it was for Adobe Reader, or maybe they've automated the approval process now...
