Control display of widgets for all
Is there a way to control what widgets all 'technicians' get to see on the dashboard or it is of their own choosing?
Unfortunately, even though I have reporting disabled for one of my queues and it denies them access to the reporting feature, It will still run the report queries from the widgets.
I need to disable the reporting widget.

I would open a ticket on that one. that is a bug.
I would also post on the user voice to allow a default set of widgets and to have a setting in roles to control the widgets. https://kace.uservoice.com/
