Create Notification E-Mails for Users Devices are "Assigned To: "

We have quite a few users who do not regularly reboot their computers especially after patches have been deployed.  We can't force reboot computers because employees work at different times of the day especially depending on the season.

I created a smart label for all computers that have a patch status of "Pending Reboot".

I created a notification e-mail that comes to me so I know who is still pending.  However, I want to notify the end users.  I know I can do this with a script/popup (based on the label) to remind them.  However, I would like to email the users as well.  Is there anyway our appliance can automatically email these users?  Either based on the user logged into the computer or by the user assigned within the appliance?

You should be able to do this with a service desk rule. You won't be able to use the rules wizard, but you should be able to use your report as the basis of the select statement.
