Custom dialog box to set a property

Hi,

I am planning on setting a Logfile directory to another location. I need to do this from a dialog box exactly the same as select Installation Directory dialog prompt but it will read select LOGFILE destination directory.

So the main installation will go to C:\ProgramFiles\APPVENDOR\APP\FILES and the logfile folder will go to E:\ProgramFiles\APPVENDOR\APP\LOGFILES

I was thinking of using a Set Directory CA based on a property. So my dialog box would ask to browse to a folder location and then when the user pushed OK it would populate the Destination Folder (E:\ProgramFiles\APPVENDOR\APP\LOGFILES
) and associate MYCUSTOMPROPERTY to the destination chosen. The CA would then run and append the LOGFILE directory to the MYCUSTOMPROPERTY location which would be E:\ProgramFiles\APPVENDOR\APP\LOGFILES

Now im not looking for here how to exactly do it (that would be awesome but im willing to put in the hard yards). However, I have been playing around and its not happening as easily as I would have thought. MYCUSTOMPROPERTY is not getting assigned and when I click browse and OK it changes the INSTALLDIR lcoation. I can see this when I click the back button.

Has anyone achieved something similar that might be able to point me in the right direction?

Thanks

EDIT: This has been resolved. Configured browse button --> events tab to Event [_browseProperty] Argument DIRECTORY PROPERTY and in the Destination Folder Properties for text set Property to DIRCTORY PROPERTY and the Control text to [DIRECTORY PROPERTY]LOGFILES
