Custom Queue Process or enabling fields based on user input
I would like to create logic within a process. So in the parent object if a check box is clicked it would create a ticket for stage 2. If the check box is not checked it would not show stage 2 and skip to stage 3. The other option would be if I select the check box it shows hidden fields on the page. Does anyone have any ideas for this?
