Delete Ticket In K1000

Hello,

Anybody know how to delete a ticket in the K1000? I believe it used to be under actions. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It should still be there. Check your settings under the queue details. There should be a check box with 'Allow ticket deletion' beside it.
