Dell Optiplex 7440 + K2000
Recently we received new machines for our University (Dell Optiplex 7440 AIO).
These machines are unable to connect to our k2000 even after updating the driver-feed. But this is only half our problem.
If we attempt to PXE boot to the k2000, we get the 'Unable to mount KBOX Share'. From this command prompt, we cannot ping out. My assumption, the network driver is missing.
If this fails, the next time we restart, we are unable to USB/CD boot, unable to PXE boot, or get any response from the system. Any option from the F-12 key will give us a black/blank screen.
Any help or direction would be GREATLY appreciated.

Where do I locate \\ikbox\drivers\kbe_windowsx64? Will this be on the same workstation where the Media manager and WAIK is installed? - itninjageo 7 years ago

Like nheyne posted, you need to add the drivers, but to the KBE driver repository. the driver feed is for syspreped image injection of the drivers into the operating system prior to post sysprep booting. You want to get the nic driver for that model and place it in either \\ikbox\drivers\kbe_windows_x64 or \\ikbox\drivers\kbe_windows_x86 and build a new kbe, test that one and set it to the default pxe boot if it works in the kbox settings.
