Deploying an image to a Lenovo P17s laptop

I'm fairly new to the SDA and I want to use an existing image to deploy but my KACE USB drives won't boot and continue the process that allows me to select the image to deploy. I've even tried downloading and putting the entire image on a USB and install without connecting to the appliance. I'm just not having any luck any help or pointing where to start to try and resolve would be greatly appreciated.

when you created the USB based KBE, did you ensure you selected UEFI option if it is a UEFI based disk? I believe that it formats the disk as FAT32

When I run the install.bat file to create a USB boot stick the option is NTFS or UEFI/FAT32. We always select the 2nd option.

The old method requires Two USB drives for UEFI Offline USB imaging *unless your image is less than 4GB*

If you are using the new method, just one pendrive and Rufus, are needed.
