Desktop Authority
Hello! New with Desktop Authority. Seems like not many or any use this product, so not sure i can get assistance with an issue having with getting this configured correctly. Had vendor come an start but not complete setting up services. I've muddled my way and have somethings working (maybe). On target machine da is not installing icon. Checked every place i know to have icon appear to no avail. Is there a good set of instructions to follow or ideas on getting this setup correctly?

Try a manual installation of the agent locally to make sure that it is installing correctly before pushing it out to your estate
I've installed the agent however, never have the icon to appears. Task manager shows it's running without the icon. What process must i go thru to get desktop authority icon to appear? Thank you
