Hello everyone!
We are currently trying to setup the K1000 Service Desk. Does anyone know the differences between the "Owner Label" and "Technician Label" and how we should use them? I'm not able to find any documentation about them.

Click that "Need Help" box on the right hand side. 
Click Configure service desk queues.
Scroll down the page a bit.
Read this:
To allow specific technicians to edit or delete their own comments and attachments using labels, click Manage Associated Labels. In the Select Labels dialog box that appears, select one or more labels associated with the technicians that you want to select. Close the dialog box.
