Drivers for non Dell machines in the k2000
Hi Guys.
I will have to deploy a non dell machine via the k2.
Panasonic toughbook to be more precise.
Was wondering how the drivers are supposed to
be incorporated since the model is not suppoerted by
driver-feed.
I remember a few years ago there used to be a tools
here on ITninja called "driver builder ".... I think, which
was used for this sort of situation. Dont know if it still works.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. What works
in this present day and age for non dell machines in kace.

Just do the following:
Setup one machine completely.
Install all drivers you need with the correct OS.
Downaload the Driver Feed Builder (the one you mentioned I assume)
https://support.quest.com/download-install-detail/6084569
Run the Driver Feed Builder on this machine.
It creates a Driver Feed for this model.
It only automates the manual task to copy all drivers from the driver-folder of your local machine to the correct location on the appliance.
