Error 2711: The specified Feature name ('[2]') not found in Feature table.

Hello Team,

I am working on Avaya One-x communicator and when I try to perform the upgrade using Upgrade table in MSI, I get the below 2711 error message.

Error 2711: The specified Feature name ('[2]') not found in Feature table.


I have attached the screenshot for the MSI error and also the log files. Kindly assist on this

  • Is it at all possible to uninstall and reinstall this specific software? Unfortunately I don't see a lot of information about this software specifically, but other software with the same error seems to always pull that result - to uninstall and reinstall. - jonniipalos 4 years ago
