Error occurred syncing file list: exit code = 255
Adding a fresh RSA, choosing some stuff to sync, and getting Error occurred syncing file list: exit code = 255 under status in the Remote Site Appliances screen. The RSA is linked properly and the test passes from both the K2000 and the K2000-RSA. Any ideas would be appreciated!

The issue may be related to how the RSA and K2000 are linked, are they using the same format (IP Address, FQDN)?
If you change them both to be linked using the IP Address, are they able to successfully complete the file synchronization? Might look at article https://support.software.dell.com/k2000-systems-deployment-appliance/kb/112224
