Field level help

I would like to add "field level" help for KACE users so they understand what the purpose of the field is and options for filling it out. Has anyone done this?

  • The only way I was able to accomplish this was to use custom fields text fields that were read only. I then placed these fields above or below the appropriate field on the ticket layout. - chucksteel 5 years ago
