Firefox managed installation

I'm trying to push Firefox 59.0.2 through managaed installations and nothing seems to happen when I push it. I'm using the "-ms" switch for a silent install but even then the KACE notifier never pops up.

It appears that the MI is not configured correctly or it has reached it max attempts and not getting triggered anymore.

Please check if that is the case.
