Folder runkbot
Hello,
i have a problem on K1000 agent. When i launch runkbot on two PC, one time there is a good interpretation of the script and it will search in this repertory c:/program files (x86)/Dell/Kace, on the other hand sometimes during the execution it gonna search on c:/ProgramData/Dell/Kace whose is a path never mentionned in the script
the runkbot does not work when he take the path c:/ProgramData.... , the good emplacement of agent is c:/program files (x86)/Dell/Kace. And i don't understand why he take that path
do you know where did it find this path

is a simply script, it just run runkbot in c:/program files (x86)/Dell/Kace with "4 0", i have try with GPO or local laucnh, the same mistage on second pc.

the programdata path is the systems public app data area and it uses it for storing system level items and also as a system temp file location sometimes. So when you run the runkbot is uses c:\programdata\dell\kace to place the temp, data and log files that running the runkbot creates prior to uploading the data to the k1. You may have a rights problem or path env variable that is not correct going on. The client uses both locations to do its job.
Uninstall the client from these 2 problem machines and delete both the programdata\dell\kace and the program files (x86)\dell\kace directories structures prior to reinstalling if they still exist

I've launch uninstall agent since kace and i make GPO for delete directory.
