Hey guys, 

We recently had an employee leave and a new hire take their place. When i went through the Cisco 8945 phone and select the line extension and change the information to the new hire, when calling someone it still shows the old employee's name. 

Here's a few screenshots from what i've changed....

Julia King is the new hire. When making calls to other people inside the company, 4 digit dialing, the name that will show up on peoples phones and jabber is the old employee's name.

I've rebooted the new hire's phone, I've deleted ITL files, I've factory reset it and i'm still having the same issues. If you were to search from another users corporate directory via the cisco phone or jabber, you will find the new hire with the correct information.

Hopefully this makes sense.

Any suggestions?
