Having problem in archibus smart client configuration.

i have archibus weblogic server on solarise now i have to configure smart client with this server on my local system in browser i am able to access webcentral URL but when i start smartclient with URL of weblogic m getting error

Unable to connect to WebCentral server at the specified URL=[http://localhost:9090/archibus/]

archibus documentation is not much enough to configure plz help me to get out of this problem
