Help Desk Q check email once per day?
I currently have a ticket with Dell, how ever I feel like they are stumped. Have any of you ran into a problem where the K1000 will check email Q's once per day?
I currently have our K1000 in a DMZ, with only firewall rules in front of it. There are no Time of Day restriction's with these rules. I have used our own exchange and Gmail to trouble shoot this issue. Our k1000 only does Help Desk Queue's email once per day, a few minute after 4 A.M.
Any ideas? As always, thank you for the help!
