Hide the App-V 5.0 System Tray icon, is it possible?
In App-V 5.0 is it possible to hide the System Tray icon as could be done in App-V 4.6 using the following registry setting?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\SoftGrid\4.5\Client\CustomSettings]
“TrayVisibility”=dword:00000002
Have tried amending the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\AppV\Client registry key using permatations of the above line but did not work.

The shortcuts that a user receives to launch an application all point to a single executable, either sfttray.exe or vapplauncher.exe. In App-V 5, the shortcut points to the actual exe located in the mounted virtual application package!
