How do I create a user label for a group, then write a queue rule based on that group label?
I've written a rule in the Wizard rule but it does not let me create the rule based on user labels.
My solution was to write the rule based on the user name of the submitter. But that only works if the group remains the same.
When the group changes, I would have to change the rule in multiple queues.
It would be easiest if I could just change the user labels one time and avoid having to change each rule.

Could you post what you have now, redacting any names, etc.? That would give us a better place to start. - grayematter 8 years ago
