How do I install a K2000 image from a USB key?

I am having an issue installing a K-image from a USB key.  It will load the KBE environment but it will then try to mount the K2000 share even though the drivers are on the USB key.  It eventually times out and will not try and load the image on the USB key.  I want to use this USB key at a site that will not be able to communicate with the K2000 while the image is being loaded.  Has anyone else ran into this?  I have followed the instructions in this post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!  I have Kace technical support stumped at the moment.
