For AutoCAD 2013 you can use the tool implemented in the AutoCad setup to create a deloyment.

When you start the Setup you will have a button called "Create Deployment". You can use it very easy and when the deployment is ready, go to the location where did you save it. There you will find 3 folders:

Img - here you can find the msi and mst files for each component from AutoCAD installation.

SMS_SCCM scripts - Here you will find some ReadMe files with instructions of how to install the AutoCad and how to add it in SCCM.

Tools - here you will find a shortcu called Create & modify a deployment.lnk, as you can see you can use this to modify the deployment.

You can either repackage it or wrap the silent setup in an MSI with http://itninja.com/wiww For more tips on deploying AutoCAD, see: http://www.itninja.com/software/autodesk/autocad-1/2012-11
