How do i remove  unused unsoftware in sccm 2007

Create an uninstall Program under your Package with the relevant command lines for the uninstall.

Advertise to a collection, same as when installing software and proceed as normal.

It would be normal to ensure you have a working uninstall for a Package before deploying en masse, otherwise you may have a live package that you can't remove in the wild.

  • Open SCCM. Go to advertisement and delete the required advertisement, then delete the TASK seq(if any), then package and finally the collection. After that dlete the content from the source repositatory and distribution point. Job done. And if it is about uninstalling any application follow the above person.
