How do you keep taskbar icons the same for any user logging into a Win10 LTSB desktop, even if user profile has not been created yet in GOLD IMAGE?
I would simply like 3 icons (Chrome, IE11 and File Manager), visible on the taskbar, even if the user has not logged into a particular desktop; no user profile created as of yet. So, no matter which Win10 LTSB box they log into, those icons appear as the default. (No EDGE in LTSB BTW). They are allowed to add or edit their taskbar, just want these 3 apps as the default at 1st login.

^we use this + GPO that looks for the XML file and applies it.
User Configuration or Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates >Start Menu and Taskbar.
