How to creat ServiceDesk Ticket, searched by serial number

I would like to create service desk ticked but searching by asset serial number. What should i write in custom field to appier that information because for now i can search by asset name only.

  • In order to create the query for this you will need to determine the correct column names for the serial number. When you create asset types in KACE the column names in the actual database don't use the names you give them, instead they are field_X. Do you have access to a tool like MySQL Workbench that you can use to view the KBOX tables? - chucksteel 9 years ago
