How to create a group in service desk

Can any one suggest me how to add a group in service desk tool and how to add technician in that groupĀ

Can you give some background on what you are trying to accomplish? The service desk doesn't have a concept of user groups, but you can apply labels to users. Do you want to assign tickets to a group of technicians?
