Best Practices Question
How to create MAC-DVD for Mountain Lion 10.8 for k2000 netboot?
the only way to get Mountain Lion 10.8.x is via AppStore. Now im having a .app datafile but what i need is a installation DVD for the k2000 media manager.
I did different things:
-burning a bootable DVD with the .dmg file (media manager couldn`t use it for a bootenvironment)
-burning a DVD with a special app on MAC
-converting the .dmg file to .iso on a windows client (but wasnt able to burn a CD afterwards)
-extracting the .dmg file from the .dmg file (because its a library) converted it to an iso and tried to burn it -> failed
Is there a best practise for burning the Mountain Lion 10.8 .app file on a DVD, wich is usable in the end for the K2000 Media Manager?
My K2000 is on the right version to support 10.8
