How to make MSI file for Adobe 9.3
I have AdbeRdr930_en_US.exe, how can I make that MSI file with silent?

I have some workstation with Adobe 6, 7, 8, if I sent this package 9.3 to those machine, you think will be ok?
Also where is MSI reside after I double click the AdbeRdr930_en_US.exe?

EXEs normally extract to %TEMP% but more vendors - Adobe amongst them, IIRC - are using folders beneath %AppData%. As ever, check the 'Package KB' here at AppDeploy.

I've added a link to the Package Knowledge Base entry for Adobe Reader 9.x. (top of page)

I try to use this command for create msi, but did not work, need help
"%UserProfile%\Desktop\AdbeRdr9x_en_US.exe" -nos_ne.
then when done, the mSI suppose be in this folder
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Setup Files
but nothing in there, need help

Easiest thing to do is launch the installer executable to the welcome screen, leave it running and then search for *.MSI and you'll find it on the system somewhere.
The KB article mentions a few locations to check - have you checked those?
Grab the files and use the Customiszation (sic) Wizard to generate a transforms.

install your setup.exe
then go to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Setup Files\{GUID}" this whereyou will see your msi
create your AIP from this folder and then use the CIW to create your mst
then go to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Setup Files\{GUID}" this whereyou will see your msi
