How To manager devices throught the internet

I published my sma through the internet allowing the recommends ports , I can make the inventory but send any script ou command donsen´t works.
Someone try do this too ?

if you opened all nessesary ports and made sure that all whitelists are done correctly you need to check what happens.
Do the following:
1. do the task in question and note the timestamp.
2. when it finished (succeeded or failed) run a KAT and review the logs. You can also check the local files manually directly but with the KAT you have all together https://support.quest.com/kb/263376
