How to rename shortcut.lnk on public folder and change the icon
Hi ITNinjas, appreciate your help.
I received a lot of requests from our users about renaming the shortcut.lnk and change the icon
1. from cmd i used this, C:\Users\Public\Desktop>ren "test.lnk" "test1.lnk" able to change but when i use this as script on kace1000 it didnt work though it shows successful on the log
2. I cant find any source on how to change the icon via script using KACE

I would suggest fixing your icon as a new deployment and remove the other instead. Also, use an icon from the system rather than a custom one unless you plan to include that in your deployment as well.
