How to update holidays Outlook 2007
I need to be able to update the holidays on all of the systems running Outlook 2007 since they expire end of 2012. Is there a group policy that I can run or can i do this via Kace 1000 appliance? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Do you mean normal holidays? If so push out the hot fix

if it's for custom holidays you can do the following
If you want it to replace the holidays list of Outlook, then you can overwrite the outlook.hol file that is located in the language ID folder of the Office installation directory.
For instance, for the English version of Outlook 2007 on a 32-bit version of Windows, the location is:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\1033
