I am unable to download the Driver Feed Builder

I am unable to download the Driver Feed Builder. I am unsure which KACE credentials are being asked for. I am using my ITninja credentials as well as my credentials from https://support.software.dell.com/manage-service-request. None of them work. Urgent assistance thanks much.

  • the builder is not yet transferred to the support.software.dell.com portal.
