I have a K1000 VM trial version and I am unable to upload software to be deployed
I'm getting the following error: The KACE appliance has encountered an unhandled error. I have an open ticket with Quest, but I figured I would throw it out there anyway.

How large is the file you are trying to upload? There is a 2GB limit for file uploads. - chucksteel 6 years ago

Thanks Chuck. So since I posed this question I've found out more information. The file size isn't the problem. I found that I can't upload .exe or .msi files, but I can upload basic Word, Excel or other file types. KACE support thinks that we have a firewall or security software issue, but my server guys (who built the appliance) say that nothing is blocking it. Since this is a trial version we will probably blow it away and try again, but any responses are more than welcome. - mgel99 6 years ago
