I have an encrypted (Symantec) microsoft surface pro 6 that I accidentally removed or reset; using the GUI, however the..

Symantec Encryption password is still populating and now just loops through passed the Microsoft Logo and goes back to prompt for a passphrase.

I can't find a resolution online so I am hoping for someone who is efficient with the above encryption and Microsoft surface pro 6 to resolve this or maybe you can encourage someone who is proficient to help an intermediate IT guy out. I dont want to download anything unless it can be verified/ vetted.
