KACE: I need to create a report of all systems that have dual monitors.

I need to create a report of all systems that have dual monitors. All I get is a single PnP Monitor in the Hardware. I am able to see both monitors under computer management.

  • Mine seems to show multiple monitors (Though most are 'default monitor') and looking at the database, the list isn't even csv but just a CRLF as mentioned. Which I wouldn't even know how to filter out :(

Are the monitors in question set up in Clone mode or Extended Desktop? It's possible KACE may only see one if they are in Clone mode. On my system, I've got 3 monitors in extended desktop and all 3 show up.

Aside from that, though, the monitor field is just a basic text field containing a carriage return/line feed separated list, so it might be tricky to run a report, unless you create a SQL statement that specifically looks for a CRLF in that field.
