How do I set the working drive in a Windows installer project with InstallShield 2011?

I would like to get in Start in:% HOMEDRIVE%% HOMEPATH% in proterties of my shortcut. My question is how to select My Working Directory in my ISM? I used Installshield 2011. Thank you for help .
