IE9 Kace Deployment

I am attempting to deploy IE9 using this http://www.itninja.com/question/ie9-deployment-in-kace-using-scripting but although the script completes successfully this is still not installing. I am still a novice with the K1000 so any further information on what exactly I should be entering in the MSI Configuration Wizard would be helpful. I am currently using Version: 6.0.101864. This is what my current script is:

The Software for Windows Internet Explorer 9 (9 64bit) does indeed have the 'IE9-Windows7-x64-enu.exe' file attached, but it does not seem to install, whatever parameters I change in the script - even after a reboot.

I have also scheduled this via patching, ensuring the pre-requesites have been installed initially, but all to no avail. Any ideas?
